Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Alex Neo Home. We want you to feel confident about every purchase — so here’s exactly how our policy works for digital products.
1. All Sales Are Final
Because every product we sell is digital — Notion templates, PDF guides, printable wall art — and delivered instantly via download link or email, all sales are final. Once a digital file has been delivered, it can’t be “returned” the way a physical product can.
2. Before You Buy
We provide detailed product descriptions, preview images, and feature lists on every product page specifically so you can make an informed decision. Before completing your purchase, please confirm that:
- You’ve reviewed the full product description and any preview materials.
- You have the required software — such as a Notion account for templates, or a PDF reader for guides and printables.
- You understand the file format and how you’ll use it (screen display vs. printing, for example).
3. When We Will Help
We don’t offer refunds for change of mind, but we absolutely stand behind our products. If something goes wrong on our end, we’ll make it right.
- Corrupted or damaged files: If a file won’t open or is clearly broken, we’ll verify the issue and send you a working replacement.
- Accidental duplicate purchase: If you bought the exact same product twice in two separate transactions, reach out with both order numbers and we’ll refund the duplicate.
- Missing download or broken link: If you never received your download email or the link isn’t working, we’ll get your files to you.
4. Payment Disputes
If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us directly before filing a dispute or chargeback with your payment provider. We’re responsive and reasonable — most issues can be resolved quickly over email. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution and could result in the loss of access to your purchased products.
5. Free Products
Products offered at no cost (such as our free Notion starter kit) are not eligible for any form of refund or compensation, as no payment was made.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date at the top. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.
