Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Alex Neo Home. We want you to feel confident about every purchase — so here’s how our policy works.

1. All Sales Are Final

Everything we sell is digital and delivered instantly — Notion templates, PDF guides, printable wall art, AI Home Studio kits, and the Cozy Club Membership. Because files are delivered immediately upon purchase and memberships activate at checkout, all sales are final. Digital products can’t be “returned” the way physical goods can, and memberships are non-refundable once the annual term has started.

2. Before You Buy

Every product page includes detailed descriptions, preview images, and feature lists so you can make an informed decision. Before completing your purchase, please confirm:

• You’ve reviewed the full product description and any preview materials.
• You have the required software — a Notion account for Notion templates, a PDF reader for guides and printables.
• For AI Home Studio kits: you have (or plan to set up) a Claude account. Paid kits run on Claude Projects and work best with a Claude Pro plan (~$20/month, billed directly by Anthropic — separate from your Alex Neo Home purchase).
• You understand the file format and how you’ll use it.

3. When We Will Help

We don’t offer refunds for change of mind, but we stand behind our products. If something goes wrong on our end, we’ll make it right.

• Corrupted or damaged files: If a file won’t open or is clearly broken, we’ll verify and send you a working replacement.
• Accidental duplicate purchase: If you bought the exact same product twice in two separate transactions, reach out with both order numbers and we’ll refund the duplicate.
• Missing download or broken link: If you never received your download email or the link isn’t working, we’ll get your files to you.
• Cozy Club — access not granted: If your membership payment went through but you can’t access the member hub or tools, contact us and we’ll fix it promptly.

4. Cozy Club Membership

The Cozy Club is an annual auto-renewing membership. Your subscription activates immediately at checkout, giving you instant access to the member hub and all five web tools. Because access is granted at the moment of purchase, membership fees are non-refundable. If you have a technical issue preventing access, see Section 3 above — we’ll resolve it.

You may cancel auto-renewal at any time before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future charges; your access continues through the end of your paid annual period. Any free art picks you’ve already claimed remain yours after cancellation.

5. Payment Disputes

If you have any issue with your order, please contact us directly before filing a dispute or chargeback with your payment provider. We’re responsive and can resolve most issues quickly over email. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution and could result in loss of access to your purchased products.

6. Free Products

Products offered at no cost — such as our free Notion starter kit, free Gallery Starter Kit, or free Room Snapshot AI kit — are not eligible for any form of refund or compensation, as no payment was made.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date at the top. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.
