Alex Neo Home sells digital products — Notion templates, PDF planning guides, printable workbooks, and digital wall art — for renters decorating their spaces. This privacy policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, the legal basis for using it, and how we handle it.

What Personal Data We Collect, Why, and Our Legal Basis

Orders & purchases. When you buy a product, we (and our payment provider) collect your name, email address, and billing details. This is necessary to process your payment, deliver your digital files, and provide post-purchase support. Legal basis: performance of a contract. Your purchase is processed by our payment provider, Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record — meaning Dodo Payments is the seller of record for the transaction and is responsible for handling payment processing and applicable sales taxes/VAT. We never see or store your full card number.

Accounts. If you create an account, we store the information in your user profile (such as your name and email). You can view, edit, or request deletion of this at any time. Legal basis: performance of a contract / your consent.

Newsletter. If you subscribe to our “Cozy Renter” newsletter, we collect your email address and send you marketing emails. We only add you if you have actively opted in, and you can unsubscribe from any email. Legal basis: your consent.

Contact forms & emails. When you contact us, we collect the information in your message so we can respond and keep a record. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to you.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for the purposes below. Non-essential cookies (analytics and marketing) are only set after you give consent through our cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time.

  • Essential (cart & session): keep your shopping cart and preferences working while you browse, and manage login for account holders. These are required for the site to function.
  • Analytics: understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it — via Google Analytics.
  • Marketing / advertising: measure and support our advertising and show relevant content, via the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, Pinterest Tag, and Google Ads. These are only active with your consent.
  • Email / marketing platform: Omnisend, which we use to send order confirmations, download links, and newsletters, and to understand engagement with our emails.

We keep order and account data for as long as needed to fulfill our business, legal, and accounting obligations — such as purchase records, support, and tax compliance. Registered users’ profile data is kept until the account is deleted. If you’d like your data deleted sooner, email us and we’ll take care of it — unless we’re legally required to retain it.

What Rights You Have Over Your Data

If you have an account or have made a purchase, you can request: an exported copy of your data; correction of inaccurate information; deletion of your data (except data we must legally keep); and withdrawal of consent for marketing at any time.
